We are a full service meat processing facility.  We process beef, pork, deer, and sheep.  You can bring your own live beef or we can help you with getting a cow and processing it.  Below you will find our cut sheets, you can fill them out and submit them online prior to bringing the animal or you can print and bring them in with the delivery of the animal.  We do our best to deliver exactly what you ask for, but we can only work with what you bring.  A healthy, fat 1,200 lb cow that has been finished out with feed will yield much better quality and percentage than a 900 lb cow that was finished out with grazing.
